Parker County jury upholds jail escapees life sentence
The life sentence a Parker County jury gave a 43-year-old Arlington man last June for escaping from the Parker County Jail was affirmed last Thursday by the Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth.

Program’s lack of funding dishonors Coleman’s work
Randy Coleman, the woodworking instructor at Corydon Central High School, is retiring at the end of this year as everyone must eventually.
