Robert Monard Hayes 
ORLANDO, Fla. Robert Monard Hayes, 86, of 5120 Pleasure Island Road, Orlando, FL 32809, died Tuesday, February 20, following a six-month illness. Mr. Hayes was born in Gaston, S.C., in 1921 and moved to Orlando in 1925. He has been a lifelong resident of Orlando.

Chester “Chet” Grant, 80, of Hooker, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2007, at Northwest Texas Heart Hospital in Amarillo, Texas. Chet was born January 11, 1927, in Baker, Oklahoma, the son of Robert E and Edith Deaton Grant.

Federal Judge Hears Class Action Debate 
Federal Judge L. T. Senter is weighing whether to allow an individual lawsuit filed against State Farm to proceed as a class action suit. The judge originally turned down Judy Guice’s request back in December.

At this rate, Jason Cornells dark hair will be gray by next season.The Berlin Brothersvalley coach has seen two of his wrestlers pull off some of the most dramatic wins possible in the past two weeks, but Cornell isnt complaining because his version of the Cardiac Kids are on their way to Hershey for the PIAA tournament.

Mountaineers claim D5 title 
When Berlin and Rockwood met twice earlier this year, the Rockets won both games by a combined five points.So when the No. 4 seed Mountaineers pulled out to a 12-point first half advantage, things seemed out of the ordinary, not quite the close contest a packed house at Pitt-Johnstowns Sports Center expected for the District 5 Class A boys championship game on Thursday night.

PORTSMOUTH — Albert A. Cloutier, 79, of Middle Street, died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2007, at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Portsmouth on Jan. 23, 1928, he was the son of Arthur and Eva (Boucher) Cloutier.
